Product and generation questions
Contact support if you need help choosing an image or video workflow, understanding an upload requirement, locating a completed task, or interpreting a displayed credit cost.
Plans, payments, and subscriptions
For plan or payment questions, include the plan name and payment provider shown at checkout. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, API keys, webhook secrets, or other sensitive credentials by email.
If you want to cancel a subscription, state that clearly in the subject or first line of your message and identify the account that owns the subscription.
