Photos and generated media

To create an effect we need the image you upload and the media we generate from it, so we treat those as the core of this service.

• What we process: the photo you upload, the options you choose (duration, aspect ratio, resolution, audio), and the video we generate from them.
• Why: solely to produce the result you asked for and to show it back to you in your creations.
• Third parties: generation runs on WaveSpeed (wavespeed.ai), a third-party video-generation provider acting as our processor, using ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 video model. We send it the uploaded image and the preset needed for the task; we do not send your account details with it.
• Training: we do not use your uploaded photos to train our own models.
• Retention: uploads and results stay in your account so you can download them again. Email us and we will delete a creation and its source photo for you.
• No sale, no public sharing: we do not sell your photo or result, publish it, or show it to other users.
• Your choices: you can ask us at any time to delete a creation or to export what we hold about you, using the address below.

You are responsible for having the right to use any photo you upload, including photos of other people.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:
