Credits are how generation is paid for. One credit creates 5 seconds of Enzo Celebration video: a 5 second clip costs 1 credit, 6 to 10 seconds costs 2, and 11 to 15 seconds costs 3. Adding 1080p output costs 1 extra credit. The cost for the duration and quality you pick is shown before you submit, and credits never expire.
Yes. Credits never expire, so anything you have not used stays in your account. Credits added by a monthly plan remain available after the billing cycle ends — if you generate less in a given month, the rest is still there.
Monthly plans add a set number of credits every month: Starter adds 10 credits for $17.50 per month, Creator adds 30 for $52, and Studio adds 60 for $102. Plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel, the plan stays active to the end of the current billing period and credits already added stay in your account.
Credit packs are a single payment with no subscription: Starter Pack is $18 for 10 credits, Creator Pack is $36 for 20, and Studio Pack is $54 for 30. They suit a one-off project or topping up before a busy match night, and the credits stay in your account until you use them.
Available payment methods are determined by the payment provider shown at checkout, so review the checkout screen before you pay. Payments are handled by that provider, and we never store your full card details.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time, or email support@enzofernandezcelebration.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period or credits already added. Where a refund does apply, the terms are set out in our refund policy.
You can move to a larger monthly plan from your account, or buy a one-time credit pack without changing your plan. Credits you have already bought stay in your account, so topping up never resets or replaces them.
No. The plan and credit-pack prices shown on this page are the prices used to build your checkout total, and the credit cost of a generation is calculated from the settings you choose before you submit. There are no setup fees and nothing added on top of the listed prices.
